Who can guarantee that the houses will be properly maintained?

The owners with their maintenance fees. Every year Signum prepares the budget for the administration of the houses for the coming year. This budget includes, by law, reserves for painting, electrical, hydraulic, replacements of furniture, fixtures and appliances. The budget is submitted to the State of Florida, who can approve it or request changes. Once approved, it is sent to the owners. At the end of the year, all accounts are audited by the state. In the US, especially in Florida, the government takes it very seriously and monitors with austerity the use of the owner's money.

Thus our owner has the assurance of knowing that the investment will always be well maintained and everything always new.
